Keep an eye out for my bride today....She's travelling back from Douglas Wyo- and I don't know where she will end up  Monday when she went down, there was a bunch of bull haulers parked near the Broadus turn to go to Gillette and she missed the turn- ended up going thru Belle Fourche  (teach her to drive without a map)...
So if you see a Maroon 4X4 with the Montana plate LAZBARB wandering around, point her in the right direction and send her home- I'm getting tired of batching....She's not going to hear the end of this...I told the pickup salesman yesterday that my wife didn't like the new pickup- when he looked at me stunned, I told him "it gets lost" and the rest of the story...He about choked on his drink....
I'm not going to tell her about when I missed the turn north of Broadus and ended up in Billings instead of Miles City....

I was looking at the Miles sale roster and saw where you sold some heifers on Tuesday... I was trying to figure out what the prices might be as I sold a lot of steer calves yesterday...Luckily the price was up for these heavyweights and they brought $104.50 for 674 weights...Market was a little hotter for the heavy weights up here yesterday- but still no where as good as in Oct..In fact the Glasgow yards yesterday were higher than Miles and Billings were Tues and Wed.....

Holy crap even us furrenners don't get turned around that bad-I even turned west by that school south of Broadus and made my way to Buffalo, Wy. just for s..ts and giggles lol. I'm sure any yardlight you see down there would help you out in a jam.

10-4 OT, we'll keep a look out for your woman.
Maybe she decided she was having TOO MUCH FUN, but you
can't have too much fun...so...who knows when she will show up.

The price on the yearlings are down as well. We didn't see anything bulling so weren't too concerned. The vet was busy so we didn't get them preg tested in time. Then we had 4 opens, which suprised us. So we lost about $160/head on them.

Oh well, if you don't make it, you can't spend it, right?
