Whewwww isn't it HARD to cheer for Ottawa,dang I tried for over half an hour before I could get the :Go Ottawa" words out of my mouth.


Seriously though they are playing pretty darn good,stupid refs though :wink:
 
How ever did you find the strength to do that! You would be drawn and quartered for uttering such horrendous filth in this neighborhood :gag: I just pretend they are the Oilers and then everything is good . I can throw in a go "Oilers" every once and a while and no one even notices 8)
 
Well I'll tell you it hurt and hurt alot,had to really tell myself they're part of Canada and it COULD be worse,we could be cheering for Montreal or Quebec,so that helped....or worse yet VANCOUVER :P

Really though, as much as I want the Cup back North, it goes hard to pull for the Sens.

I have not, nor will I begin, to cheer for Ottawa. 2 guys I work with are big Vancouver fans, and they teased me when Edmonton was out, so I returned the favor when the Canucks when down like a gaggle of gut-shot geese. Don't matter to me now who wins. My team is out, but I still watch. I guess I'd be happy to see some of the Canadian boys on the teams win. Wade Redden, Danny Heatley, Jason Spezza, and whatever others there are still in the final four.

In the Anaheim/Detroit series, I gotta cheer for Anaheim. Randy Carlisle coached the Manitoba Moose and was a Winnipeg Jet. Go Jets Go!!!!!!!! Going to be tough to know who to cheer for if the Sens and Ducks make it to the finals.

Truth be known if Pittsburg was still in and it came down to them and Ottawa,I'm pretty sure I'd have to be a turncoat and be screaming for the Penquins.Been a HUGE Mario fan for years :D
