As we have mentioned, California is about to pass a law that dogs must be spayed or neutered by 4 months old. This would be devastating to the working dog. If this passes in CA you can bet it will be on your rule books shortly.
Many in the working dog world are fighting this legislation but they are up against some very deep pockets. I hate to be on here asking for money, but this has to be stopped!
