Freeze Branding

Getting ready to run the heifers through this weekend and freeze brand. The only experience I've had is with dry ice and we somewhat had that down to a science but with the troubles with storing the ice for any amount of time along with the cost we are going to use liquid Nitrogen. Anybody have any experience with LN as to compared to the ice? Thinking about holding the irons on for 3-34 secods instead of the 52 we normally do. But wanted some feedback before we got started.
 
That's what we've done in our own herd for years. But them hot irons are so hard to read on some of them black cows in the winter that they are basicly worthless. We probably should have a larger set of irons they may do the trick
