Yes we are, about 1 km of Hwy 20 was washed out by the McClinchy River approx. 25 kms south of Nimpo Lake.
Freezer's full, pantry will last for quite a while, just had our fuel tanks filled, and I have a case of Redman chew, let er' rip!
For those of you on Facebook, there were over 300 pictures of the flood in Bella Coola this morning. Just type in Bella Coola Flood 2010.

I saw it on the news last night, looks like quite a deal. Stay safe down there.
On a side note, where do you get your Redman? :???:

Update on Hwy 20 between Anahim Lake and Williams Lake.

Local Band members cut a trail from Hwy 20 to a logging road that meets the highway at Tatla Lake. took 2 hours to brush it out so a 4 wheel drive truck can make it through. the band is not waiting for govt. experts to decide what to do and have taken a cat and excavator to build a tote road on the trail they brushed out. :D

Now the highway dept. has decided this might be the logical route until it is decided what to do in the long run.
