I really thought of it. I have a 38,000 sq ft building that is rated to withstand an F4 tornado and is costing me right at $20.00 per day for heat and electricity.
Plans are at the state to hopefully get approval so I can start work. I have 10 classrooms that are 30' X 40' and each has its own heat pump.
The Carthage school is only slightly smaller than mine, every bit as good condition with 9 acres and the local UMC bought it for $14,000 there are bargains out there if you have a need.
I got mine for $50,000 - - - with 17 acres of ground - - - I could not put up much of a barn for that money!
