Ty was .44 of a second away from winning his second rodeo in a row but he blew a stirrup at 7.56 seconds.

'Red Alert' was a little more user friendly and he got second on him today. Had a good visit with George Folland the old stock contractor this A'M he's been raising broncs for 40 years had some rank bareback horses out today.

Just before things went horribly wrong lol. It was a fun weekend-Shauna and I tented it and Emily and Ty camped with their friends at the grounds-it was tooo hot but we got by.

The pictures turned out good in that clear Canadian air. Looks like Ty pretty well has the bronc riding deal figured out. Sounds like it's hot up your way, too. It's sure hotter than the dickens down here.

I remember when my nephew and son were riding broncs. At this point of their rides I was always hollering, "Lift, Lift!".

Austin did get by one more jump OT so almost got him covered. That young guy with the dirty face is Devon Senger he's got toqued and got going 'that was awesome' lol.

Devon broke two bones in his hand so out for six weeks-he's going to switch hands and try broncs for a bit.Little bit of cowboy in him for sure. Were going to buck about a dozen young horses on Saturday if anybody wants to stop in. we've been working on the arena pretty steady so it's shaping up not too bad.
