I might have came up with a solution to these problems......
A lot of the same enviro-types that want greenhouse gases reduced are the same people that are against slaughtering old or unwanted horses.
Here's the plan........ These people can buy, rent or lease these horses and ride them to and from their jobs, pick their children up at daycare, go on vacations horseback, etc. etc. They can get rid of their cars and even their bicycles. Bikes are made of steel and steel production pollutes. They could even get rid of their bus passes.
It would be a bit of a "lifestyle adjustment" for them, but no less than they expect of everyone else.
Does anybody, besides me ,think this is a fabulous idea??
