Here's a bunch of cows heading from one bale graze paddock to another-we had to plow spots with a wheel loader because of all the snow.

Northern Rancher said:In case you haven't noticed he's standing behind a closed gate-he always gets in the lead-if you'd ever ran a bunch of yearlings you'd know that they like to follow something bigger than them-we run an easy to handle dry cow with the heifers and 'Sweedums' with the cowherd or steers. I've had to handle 'choppail' cattle before not quite the same. Besides every ranch needs a character and that old steer sure is one lol.
