I am still kicking. Thanks for checking on me. Lord knows i need alot of checking on. 
Fire has burned 34000 acres so far and destroyed a lodge/home a retired couple owned as well as the RV park they operated for other retired people. A total of 10 structures destroyed. 
No lives lost thankfully. Cows are safe but it was nerve wracking for a bit. Fire south of here is at 1700 acres but getting contained pretty well. Just came home from a lightning strike that burned 2 acres. Got to carry a bladder pack full of water and a chainsaw about a mile and a half. Got lots of support and knocked it out in 2 hours. 5 more reports of lightning caused fires west of here the BLM are responding too. Ya'll send us some rain if ya have any just laying around please. Gonna eat some supper and head for my soogan. Wake me up when it starts to snow.
