As far as the educational quality of a reservation, not having lived on a rez in over a decade, and then it was in New Mexico, I wouldn't know current rez educational statistics. IT doesn't apply to eastern Oklahoma anyway. If you were really from Haskell, or spent any real time there you would have known that in the Five Civilized Tribes National boundaries, there are no "rez's."
