I'm leaning toward Kolas explanation.When we bought the morgan mare,she automatically became queen of the herd...our daughters gelding was bothered by this{she could be agressive}...his hair started to fall out,alot like yours is doing Ju Jube. Vet said it was stress caused by Queen Morgan. His hair grew back now these two horses are insepartable
