I think the main thing is....They don't get 10 months outta the year that it's hot and evaperates their rain, Like we do. When we don't get it it makes a big difference. Also we don't have the night time cooling that stops the evaperation that they up north get. 3 to 4 mo outta the year our nighttime temps don't dip below 75 degrees that often. And durin the summer it's 80 and 90 degrees thru the night. NOT 40 degrees.Makes a bigggg difference.
