Remember the hearing we attended in Terry?
I just got a call from him, our boy won the first round.
That has to be a great relief to him. I was tickled for him
and it gives you a little faith in the system that justice can
prevail.

He will probably call you, or already has. He so appreciated
everyone's show of support. He is such a good young man--
if I had a son, I'd that's who I would want him to be like.

Just talked to him. Boy is he relieved. This gives them some leverage to get the thing settled fairly so everybody can get on with life. Its been hard to watch the toll it has taken on his folks. Having had more court experience than I really thought I needed and considerable experience with the opposing attorney I know what its like to win one.

He'll be coming over here tomorrow to help us brand, I bet he will still be walking on the clouds.
