That was an easy one - it's a football game, not a swim meet!
 
I had BYU in that one...was in tears when I looked and saw they had 3 seconds and a chipshot...... never so happy for a blocked kick in my life.


so far I am 2 of 5. makes me sick to pull up the leauge and see Sandhusker at the top.

I TURNED THE TV OFF BEFORE THE BLOCKED FIELD GOAL!

I HAD BYU TOO! DIDN'T KNOW I HAD WON UNTIL YOU POSTED. :lol:
 
I was afraid that dumb-ash fumble right before the half was going to come back and bite them - almost did and certainly should of.
 
I am 4-1 so far. Almost picked Sou. Miss. tho'. :shock:

Missed the Navy vs. Utah game but it was close.

Taking Boise State tonight.

Guess those western teams can't hang with the eastern ones anymore. :???:

A lot of people lost points on that one. Boise St. was the best team on the field, you just can't beat anybody if you keep turning the ball over.

They gave the ball up 4 times to 1 - 5 if you count that botched on-side. They had better half-time adjustments and owned the second half. If they played next week, would you put your money on ECU? I sure wouldn't.

Your argument is that the BEST team is the one the made the most mistakes, couldn't run the football as well, and couldn't tackle as well? :roll:

My evaluation was that ECU had the better athletes, were stronger and faster, and made the least number of "botches". Yes, I'd bet on them again against BS.

My arguement is that one team played as good as they can and 59 minutes into the game scored 38 points. The other team played like crap and had the same score. If they both play "average", BS wins by 20.

Seems to me that all of those conferences with "Big" included in the name are over rated, huh? :lol:
