Well I've A'i'ed several thousand head through Hi-Hogs and I don't find them to be light. If I do 5 head more through a Morand it will five too many-they are about a foot too short and the sloped sides make cows try and climb out. Stampede chutes are great but where the bar slides through is too low-cows can kick over it. The best chute to A'I in is a Pearson but they suck for branding yearlings. By the way I own a Pearson lol. I don't catch heads when A'I'ing so not really worried about headgates for that. Like I said before have worked alot of cattle through Hi-Hogs and got along just fine.
