Took that little saddle into a saddle shop in Great Falls and they are going to soak it and turn the stirrups.Bought a set of stirrups to replace the ones on it. They are 1/2" wider and more narrow up on top. Should be able to keep her ankles off of the sides so she doesn't kick out of them.
