My daughter and son-in-law raise some nice horses. I was there a week or so ago and took some pictures of some horses they have for sale.
I thought I'd share them with you here.

This is a started 2-year old

A nice 3-year old, going real good

This 3-year old isn't as photogenic, but he is my favorite. JD is a real
sweetie, and really stout made. We did notice he had lost a little weight
since summer. He would really make someone a super horse.

Another shot of JD, saddled up.

Aren't they pretty?

Daughter on her Heading horse. He is Boon Dox John and Wilywood, and she thinks he is one terrific horse.

The large and the small of it...

And I had to stick in a picture of my grandson. This time with his dad
after a football game.

That's all folks..............................  :P

Really nice pictures fh.... I too like your pick of horses....... Nice long hip and the slope of his shoulder is that he will travel well....And just enough color to boot!!! Your grandson is growing right under our eyes.........

Yep--- Nice pics--nice horses, but I think your daughter better grow her legs a little longer, or she's gonna have a tough time mounting a couple of those...

Too bad ya'll are so far away. LOL I"m sure if you were closer Lil Lilly would take one of em off yer hands....or two or three

She's tryin to talk a feller outta a horse right now. He ain't used anymore(neither father nor son work thier own cows anymore), he's only about 7 years old, and very pretty and cowy. Ya can't put him in with cows cuz he'll work em by himself. His name's "Big John"

She's supposed to go talk to him sometime in the next few days.....

Nother mouth to feed...nother entry fee to pay.....LOL Ya know the story.

That 7-year old sounds like a real "FIND" Lilly.
Tell her to go for it!!!!!!!! After all, ya can't have too many horses
 (can ya?).

OT, you are right, that bay horse is really BIG. But so far, she
gets on him just fine. Now me, I'd have to get on the fender of
the trailer.

Katrina, you have a good eye. The way that colt traveled when Mr.
FH halter broke him is why I liked him so much. Plus, he is super sweet.
They are all nice, he's just got that little extra special 'niceness.'

Thanks everyone for your kind words.

Hey, GP, what's a PHAT daughter? I'm old, remember?

And kola, thanks. I'll pass all these good comments along.

They really need to get their own website for showing the world
their horses. They don't even have a computer at their house.

Grandson has a laptop he uses for school and he can't use it when he
is at the ranch...

PHAT's a good thing FH!!

I wondered about that when I saw it, but ask your grandson....he'll bring you up to speed!!!

I want the first horse pictured!!

The boys here came home with 13 from the OK sale in Shawnee!!! I never saw such a mess of horses!!!!!. They brought one home cause they felt sorry for him as he was weaned off his momma right at the sale. He was crying so bad they bought him cause they felt sorry for him.

Ohhh....he's a biter. He came at me like a ferret last nite!!

I want the first horse pictured!!

Tell ya what Kola, turn them boys around & head them up to MT after that gray & I'll take the 2 roans (next to the trailer divider) and we'll split the tariff on haulin

They're like a bunch of hound-dogs...just whistle and they'll jump in the truck and go anywhere!!!

I think they've now seen , in the light of day, that they now own 13 MORE horses than they did last week.....reality has hit'em hard now since they got back from the feed store!!!

Well FH, that is quite the lineup of horses - I am
Something like that doesn't happen overnight. A great deal of managment and thought is ongoing there.
