What the ridiculous part of the Blue Tongue restrictions was that they will not accept anything but a Serology test that DOES NOT show a bull to be positive for Blue Tongue but only that he has an "Immunity" antibody.A PCR test that proves him to be negative is no good!!!!!!!Talk about "Protectionist"?????????????????????????
