And NCAA is going to use SI sources to suspend or sanction them.

Maybe. ESPN had no "sources" on the Johnny Manziel debacle. None that they would/could use..................

I agree which is why I thought the half game suspension was silly.

I'd bet a dollar that even if the NCAA has no evidence they will put something on them and call it lack of institutional control.

What they should start doing is punish any coach that knew or should have known by barring them from coaching in an NCAA school.

Wouldn't have helped in Johnny's type of alleged infraction but could put a stop to recruiting violations, etc.

I agree but that wouldn't do much good for the ones that know infractions are coming and jump to the nfl. Like the piece of work that used to coach USC and now coaches the Seahawks. Can't think of his name.

The NFL can only hold so many. Maybe the NCAA can strike a deal with the NFL about not letting rogue coaches in the door.

Punishing so many young kids that had nothing to do with infractions is just wrong.

Sports Illustrated is trying to sell magazines.

I believe that is it. The SI magazine dropped 46% from 2007 to 2012.

Not saying that zero fuzzy things ever happened there, but since all the ex-players have seemed completely shocked at these accusation's, and several of the supposed sources say they were completely misquoted, I'm not buying this.

The academic stuff today is a joke. My ex-wife taught there for a bit. They forgot to tell her that she was suppose to give out test answers before the test or give preferencial treatment because she flunked an athlete or two.
