Or does this picture strike you as funny too-you'd think somebody could of moved the carcass before they painted the line. I tok it on the highway by our place so if you see a skunk outlined in yellow on the road you'll know your close.

Slipshod's the norm these days. I was having lunch with a friend at a cafe and our waiter was watching the Phillies when it came time for us to pay. He brought back our change but said, "I hope it's okay I shorted you each 50 cents cause I'd have to go back to the bar to get into the register." :roll: what's the world coming to :x

Northern Rancher, I wonder if they'd paint right over a moose in the road, too.

I remember seeing a squirell ashphalted right into the new stretch of Hiway they did west of here a couple years back. As exciting as road construction is, I wouldn't be surprised if it was the crew that caught the little jigger and threw him under the paver. :lol:

Apparently there is more than one industrious road worker out there, and striping (striping, not stripping, Jigs and Mike :lol: :lol: ) over dead critters is standard operating procedure!

I just had to add these to candidates for the "Not My Job" award.
