I agree wholeheartedly.  That is my point.  I think if we are honest with ourselves, we all buy as cheaply as we can.  This is especially true in perishable products such as food, and why I don't think COOL will amount to a hill of beans.  People will still buy as cheaply as possible.  This will become even more prevelant as the fuel that we need gets higher and higher.
