American Lamb Board sponsors recipe contest

The American Lamb Board has announced it is sponsoring a nationwide contest to find the best American lamb family recipe.
Through Nov. 11, contestants can submit their recipes and a 200- to 300-word description of why their dish has become a family favorite. The winning recipe will be announced Nov. 17 and featured on the American Lamb Web site. The winner will also receive a cast iron cookware set made by "American Lambassador" Chef Tim Love and a lamb cut of choice for a family of six.
