Live cattle basis

The basis between cash live cattle and the live cattle board is 16 dollars per cwt. That is amazingly wide and I'd expect a correction that would bring these two numbers closer to 10 dollars apart.

Yep and weights were once again lighter and boxed beef up over $2.

Last week I locked some feeders in for $2.00 Can this week the best would be $1.84 Guess I should have locked some calves in last week.
