When you bow your heads later on today and give thanks for the bounty at the table, the friends and family at your side, and the many blessings you have received this past year, remember there is someone who is at work while you are enjoying your time with friends and family. Power plant operators, dispatchers, state troopers, sherriff's and their deputies, EMT's, military personnel, nurses, etc. are on the job, making sure you have electricity, safe roads, and quality medical care, should the need arise. Remember those who are away from their families on this holiday so you can spend time with yours.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Merry Christmas to you Little Bow and family.

Amen to Loomix's post. My daughter is working nights at the hospital Christmas eve and night and our power man was out this morning fixing lines I imagine because of all the frost on them we woke up to no power.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!
yes sir

belated Christmas greetings to all of you, hope all of you had a wonderful day with your family. We had about 6 inches of snow Christmas Eve morning/day, but got out of town to my folks in SW Iowa Thursday after I cut out of work a little early (with permission from my boss) to beat the snow.

Our current snow depth is about 9 inches.
