My brother-in-law is up there and he says it's terrible. Everyone is in a hurry....very dangerous.......lots of wrecks and fatalities......so be very, very careful! He has called us more than once, saying he almost was in a bad wreck and was pretty shaken up. Too many idiots driving up there and some that are driving trucks don't have CDL's. :shock:

We came down from Minot to Aberdeen. That road south of Minot was quiet compared to the 4 lane which is now a 2 lane from Williston. 85 through Watford city is the worst from what i here.

I'm going to Minot on 83. Will stay over nite and come back on friday to Rapid City. I plan on coming back on 49 through Beulah and come into Rapid on 212. I might deviate once I get into South Dakota..

I won't make Minot,as I not sure I'm allowed in that part of the state yet.....but if you can make it along the banks of the Sheyenne.....can surely rustle up some coffee or wiskey....or sumthing.........
