We don't get many rains but sometimes when we do, it's a dandy. Such is the case for the July 4th Ranch Rodeo --a two day MUD BATH year.

I see Bill Bird was one of the judges. Do you know him?

I met him years ago at Medora and really enjoyed the time spent with him and always wondered what had become of him.

If you see him, tell him Robert say's hi.

JB, I do know Bill Bird --he's running an out fit on the east side of this county --is a truly fine Christian man and darn good cowboy..he's judged this ranch rodeo for almost as many years as I can remember of it's 15 years...His daughter was our Fair and Rodeo queen for two years...she's WAY prettier than he is and REAL smart too!!

Don'tya just love them looks ya git when you tell someone, you work on the ranch......it's almost as good as the looks ya git when you say "I'm a stay at home mom" (which by the way is one of those jobs on the ranch) LOL
