It is always so funny when this Murphy's law likes to pop up.

No sooner then my husband leaves for a few days, got about 5 feeder calves with snotty noses and 1 that is really sick. (Called the vet and gave it some LA-200.)
He forgot to give the calves their 8-Way and pour them. Got that done today.

Got a good laugh this afternoon. Have some friends up from Florida who are hunting antelope, deer (opens on Sunday), prairie dogs and coyotes.
Well they were driving through one pasture to get to the other one. I looked up and they were being chased by half of our herd.
Crazy cows gave me a good laugh.

So what was your Murphy moment and funny thing that made it seem better? Love them cows.

Must be my day.
Shortly after posting this I had a wasp fly into my hair and get tangled.
Too bad the husband wasn't here to watch my new dance.
Took 5 minutes before I finally quit hearing the buzzing.

ILH-

I am curious as to WHY you "...quit hearing the buzzing" after 5 minutes! What did you do to that poor wasp? I can see the Evironmental Protection Agency performing their "Inquisition" on you, and you ending up digging your toe in the dust and apologizing for disturbing that poor wasp AND causing the Liberal Left-wing Tree Huggers total ANGST!

Tsk - Tsk!

DOC HARRIS

I've found that LA200 is pretty lame for really sick calves. I would think a vet would give the poor critter a different treatment. Draxin is pricey, but in 10 hours they are back at the bunk. LA200 seems too slow and ineffective for me.

Doc I think it was because the adrenaline was still going and it was sitting right by my ear that I just kept hearing it buzz.

I figured that because it was such a stinker it needed some freshening. So I gave it a quick spray of Lysol. It was so thankful that it just keeled right over.

Didn't get my 3rd one yesterday, but today is a new day.

OT better then the time he told me I had a bat in the belfry. He wasn't kidding, had a bat land on my head.

Sorry no flat top.
Normally wear my hair up under a ball cap. Keeps it out of the way when I'm working.
Measured it awhile back and I was 1" off of 12" starting just below my ears. One more trim and another 2 months and it will be cut off at ear level. 3rd donation to Locks of Love.
