By the time we got there, some of them were taking a mid-morning nap. At least three colts flaked out in this bunch.





New member of the tribe. I haven't seen either mother nor baby before.



It didn't take long for some tempers to be expressed.






Ol Trouble, didn't get too excited today.



Ol Gypsy was looking like she might drop a colt. I didn't like the teeth marks on her hind quarter. Doesn't do much for the picture.



This is Gypsy's second colt. She had a solid black colt last spring that came up missing.






Above and below,,,Gypsy's last two colts are looking good. As a result of trying to escape bared teeth, the younger one about ran over me. Caused my heart rate to increase instantly.





Six or seven new babies in the band this year. Good sign.







A prettier little paint pony was never born.
 
Those horses look like they been feeding well, something about a horse running free...........
