Made a little run to Eight Mile Spring a couple weeks ago. It's been a long time sense I've been there,,,
and It will probably be a lot longer until I go back. Over 90 degrees and no shade. I shouldn't say no shade.
Just as I was getting started, the sun went behind a cloud. As you can tell by the pictures it was shady when
I started and nice and sunny, 45 minutes later, when I finished up. Had to put the flat in the back seat, because I had my 4-wheeler in the back. I thought I'd about made my last trip before, I got-er-done.
The first paint picture was at Eight Mile, the paint with the Carmello was at the flat, the others were a week
before just south of Dugway. The Dugway trip was a joy, about 100 head at the trough and then over another
100 head came in on the run. What a thrill.
Peanut the buckskin was there and Fred the carmello was in attendance. Always makes me happy to see those
two. Gypsy daughter and her daughter, and grand daughter were there also. Great Day on the Desert.
