My "new" "old" mare.

I found a filly that I raised 9 years ago in a sale in SK on Aug 3.
I bid on her over the phone and now I'm happy to say she's back home with me and she brought her son!! and a foal in her .
I haven't seen her since she was a yearling when I sold her. She's now 9 years old.
Her foal at side is by Mates Lil Peppy and she's in foal to SPS Quixote for a '09 foal.
She has had a nasty wire cut on her hind hock at some point in her life, but she's not lame at all.

I think she's already told me a few stories :? . She was a lot more receptive of me being around her last night and this morning . She did have a long trip and a long couple of weeks so I shouldn't expect much from her for the first little while. A few more days hanging out with her I hope to have her close to being back to the mare 'filly' I remembered back when she was a baby .
I'm glad to have her home!

What sale is that? What kind of stuff do they have? Do they have some wagon wheels? I'm lookin for a couple of wagon wheels.

I would like to own the 14 year old stallion . Lots of nice breeding there for sure. Now I may have to reconsider my poker ride. :shock:
