my father and his brother didn't speak for years.the brother did not come to the funeral or acknowledge the family
i have another uncle who has alot of bitter feelings also
i think of the father and sons--the mothers and daughters--and siblings that can fight over such small stuff.especially those in church that bikker.
--cain slew his brother abel over disobedience,,
--jacob and esau were twins that fought over inheritance,,
--the story of joseph,whose brothers sold him into slavery because of jealousy
--izsik and ishmael,the son of a contrabine who was always in strife
i guess people have fought for years,and will continue to do so.i know this is not some of my best but have just tried to put some more thoughts together.

if your're angry at your brother---cause his cattle are better look'n
love thy brother, as a chef loves cook'n
if you're full of envy---cause he has more money
love thy brother, as a bear loves honey
if you're full of jealousy---cause he has a new truck
love thy brother, and wish him good luck
if he said something wrong---and your feelings were hurt
love your brother, and don't treat him like dirt
if you had a dispute---and left in strife
love thy brother,,don't cut him like a knife
if theres been a quarrel---with thy brother
and all has been said and done
