All you need is some WD40. I don't know what is is called but the thing that lets the arms trip and stops them  has some rust in it. trip your arms and go around on the right side and spray it with WD 40 and work it back and forth. I'm sure that is clear as mud but it will work. I have a 664 and it will do the same thing.
