Hadn't seen that one before...Thanks-- its probably accurate because it shows it will be wet here that first week of December when we were lining up to truck the last of the cows out of the north pasture down to the river bottom...Probably be blizzarding :roll: :lol:

Been beautiful here lately-- snow we had is all gone-- little windy, but we're used to that...Hope it stays this way until about April and then starts raining...I'll be running out of grass about the 1st of December and will have to start feeding about then- but this year I've got lots of hay...

I've got lots of local "friends" been asking too- but the last time I took a chance and sold some we had record snow depths in a winter that lasted from October to May- and I was getting nervous as I rationed out the last bales....I like the security blanket feeling....
 
Did it twice. :oops: Should have learned the first time. Buying feed or hay in the middle of March is no darn fun. I try to keep a 4 month supply on hand all the time and 7 months supply going into winter. Hay will last a long time if kept dry.
