We have had a very good year here for moisture, etc. With respect to those who have not I decided to post some pictures of one of the best feed crops we have had.
New picture window
Some cement work on the list
from the other side
A new beam over the feedroom door
This barn was built in 1917 by my Great Grandfather. I am in the process of putting in an overhead door, spray foaming the west wall, lining with tin and hopefully tinning next year.
A chute our neighbour built for our AI pasture
New solar water project
The solar support is off my old satellite dish and components are built to plug in with regular extension cords. The fencer is to keep the cows away.
Bales waiting grazing placement
Our church (built in 1910 and named after my Great Great Grandfather
Our hall got a new coat of paint this summer
Some swath grazing
Rake bunching
second cut alfalfa
swath grazing we wound up baling so the winter triticale could come through
Nice May born pair
Done work for the summer, on EI for the winter
Greenfeed we rolled waiting a trip home
Slough hay we started on today
