The Atkins diet must be working; you can see my ribs.

This open-topped hay feeder works well, especially for horses. Their manes don't get worn out like can happen with regular bale rings.

The caption for your first picture was hilarious I just about spit on my computor I laughed so hard, keep the humour coming. Even though you don't know any better than to raise straight angus seem happy anyway.
:D :D :D

Seems like the fat is just melting off you. :D

I think I need to try your diet. Any tips?

The Atkins Diet works, and you still get to eat all the good stuff.

Back on January 13th, my six foot frame was trying to support 220 pounds. This morning, April 6th, the scale said 191 pounds.

When I go into the local cafe, my usual meal is cheeseburger steak, two fried eggs, and two pieces of bacon. Instead of using sugar in my iced tea, I now use Sweet and Low. Bread and other carbs are a no go. Squash and pumpkins work, along with butter and cream. Other milk products are not legal. (I do miss a big ol' glass of chocolate milk.) Green salad with Ranch Dressing works, and any other green leafy vegetables. I've cut out drinking all pop, and usually drink Chrystal Light soft drink mix (kind of like kool-aid). My favorite legal dessert is cheese cake made with Splenda.

My cholesterol count hasn't been checked lately. I do feel better, and can get on a horse more gracefully than before. Walking is easier, though I try not to do any more of that than necessary. Otherwise, why did God make horses? Occasionally I used to get a three-Ibuprofen headache. Since going on the diet and cutting out the sugar, this hasn't happened.

It is sure easier to lose weight by going on the Atkins Diet than it is to exercise. :-)

 Congratulations on the new figure. Now you'll have to get a new wardrobe cause your pants will be falling down.

It's been just like finding a closet full of new shirts, that I can now wear again. :-) And I had to poke a new hole in my belt. :-) I've crammed myself into 34" britches for years, but now I don't have to suck in and cross my eyes to button them. :) :)
