I'm rather irritated :x I just put a whole bunch of pictures on here (I thought), but they've changed photobucket and when I went to preview my post I had done something wrong. So being the lazy person I am, I'm once again just posting the link to my FB album.
The pictures are of gathering the cows on Oct 31 and putting them in a holding pasture. The next day we brought them the rest of the way home. We shipped on wed of this week. We were quite worried they wouldn't make weight due to the drought and lousy water. But the steers were right on, and the heifers were only 15 lbs light (with the shrink).
So we were quite tickled. We still have about 45 of the light ones to sell in a month or so. We helped the neighbors today and theirs were really light. They had brought theirs home about 6 weeks ago, so that was too bad.
