Here's Emily finishing up her 3K run today-she blew a moccasin half way through so finished third. It's good conditioning for hockey though-hard to get girls her age to run away from their friends they tend to just run along visiting lol.

Emily finished 6th at Divisions yesterday so she can go on to the next level-not really sure she wants too-this is a pretty tough couple miles lots of long hills and a sand course. She gets ZERO long distance running capability from her DAD lol.

They run XCountry to get in better shape for hockey lol-Emily is trying out for a tiered team this year. She's a strong enough skater but a bit tentative on the puck-it's good experience for her trying out with the boys-some good young hockey players coming up through the ranks.
