Well Ty and I got back from our week on the road-just over 2800 miles-on the way home from checking colleges we joined up with his hockey team in Regina. We won the game on Friday pretty easy-the boys laid off the body and just dumped the puck in the third so we wouldn't run it up-the opposing coaches were pretty impressed. On Saturday we played an undefeated tream all season from Notre Dame and came back from two goals down and won. Ty had one of the best games he's played in a bit was finally losing his truck legs. Today we played in the final and won over Spruce Grove, Alberta 3-1-it was pretty cool the game was on T.V so a first for everybody. All the money raised went to special needs kids so that was good. I got to coach with a lifelong friend that I played with all through minor hockey and got to coach some kids I've coached since they were prenovice-not many games left so I was glad to have the chance.

I don't want to jinx it by talking to soon-he had a good tryout camp this weekend hopefully he makes the SaskFirst tournament. Trying to get as much hockey in as we can.
