I've only driven by, haven't actually been in the place. Probably won't ever set foot in it either. If I'm going to use an auction, I'll support the one in Killam that's already been trying to make a go of it for years. I think if I was the Stordahl family that owns Killam, I'd be a little peeved at those folks starting that one 25 miles up the road. The last thing they needed was competition in an area that already struggles to keep 1 auction running.
Not a big concern to me either way mind you. We only use them if we really need to. I'm not a fan of the auction barn system. More of a direct-marketing guy.
