Northern rancher-cash leasing cows questions--how many year contract?  price per cow per year?  death loss on cow?  If I lease you 100 cows for 3 years do I get 100 cows back from you in 3 years if you had 3 die and you sold 10 opens---do you replace the culls with replacements??
