I did.  And it not only involves the USDA, but also involves closing the border.  If you guys would reword the suit, or open a new one that simply leaves the border open, it would lend your cause some credibility.  Perhaps then more producers would actually follow your cause, and you may have a chance to force some change to the rules.  Continue to fight an open border as well as the USDA, and you will continue to be ridiculed, both by Canadians and your own countrymen.
