I use to listen to Sprit Of The West on the radio every Sunday morning when I lived in Alberta, but since moving to BC, I haven't been able to listen to it. Now that I have high speed internet I'm now able to listen to it online. YAY!!. Its an hour program if you're interested in listening.

It is a great program!!!! Listen to it on CFCW on Sundays. Anybody interested in Cowboy lifestyle and has fast dial-up I suggest you listen to it
