Early this mornin, I heard the war drums hammerin aways off. Soom we had a dayludge. Only about a hour then it let off. About 9, it started gettin after it again and shows no sine of lettin up. So all is well. I got to get gas, drop off a few ears of cuban flint corn I got for a buddy to plant, then go 50 miles to get radiation. Then back. No big task but a lot for me. Not grumblin or fealin sorry for my self. I just won't all of u to take care of yourself. Don't get into cemicals, watch what u eat. Try not to have a lot of stress in your life and have a relationship with our lord and savoir jesus christ.

We got some rain out this way too and we needed it! Helped put out about 40 lbs of WW B Dahl and it started raining but we got it all out.

We've got predictions of thundershowers every day this week- and rain for the weekend....Let her come- the last of the wheat went in the ground this morning... :)
And we could use another shower- 83 degrees out there now- but the 20 to 30 mph winds are back ....

I was talking to my soon to be 88 year old uncle who said the year he was born (1922)- they had a blizzard over the Memorial Day weekend...His mother walked up to the cemetary- but it started storming so bad she caught a ride back in the watercarriers wagon- and the next day he was born during an end of May blizzard...

I hope you pull thru your ordeal. My brother who will be 45 in July has had cancer for 5 years now.He keeps going back and forth with his treatments and remission. He won't talk much about it and tends to follow a Jack Daniels /Jose Quervo regiment. It ache's me to see him do this but what can you say he's got it in his head he's not going to be here long so he's going to party it up.

I sure hate it that he finds his comfort in bottle when the true comforts in god. The bible says don't be givein to it. I have been given to itand know what it means but I rairly take a drink. I caint even remember the last beer I drank. I look at it like this. I'm either goin to survive this ordeal or won't. The fact is I probly won't. There's nothin I can do to but try and whipe it. But if I don't, I know god will look after my family and everything will be alright. Now, I'm just glad for the rain and only got 2 more trips to radiation and I'm toleratinthe cemo and steroids.

Good Luck CH. Every day is worth living, that's for sure.
I was told once that life is a sexually transmitted terminal illness with no hope for a cure. It is definitely worth enjoying.
Your acknowledgement of its' fleeting character is a blessing to us all.

We got very little rain. The doppler had it all over around Seville but being on the east side of Lake George seems to take the wind out of storms. Most of the water gets dropped on the lake. We got a good dose but nothing like the areas surrounding. Bunnel got close to 4"!!! Anyway we got enough to get the grass growing again.

Take care.

Cracker hand, do u know the henerys from over around bunnell? There out there by little haw creek around codys corner. Real old cow folks. Bunnel sure got some rain last year. my son worked for them last year and said they sure used up the pour on ivimect on acount of the rain. That little cracker guildin is nice. Dark bay and gaited. Let me know. I got 4 mares and a stud so. I'm horse poor. Email me and I'll send u a pic.

rain or snow thru saturday.... getting farther behind every day...

You better sell that outfit Jody and move up here. We've got grass and the leaves are showing their colours in the last couple days.
There's a good 400 cow ranch that's going to be on the market here shortly.
