Ranch or Nature photos

Since Ranch photos have not been posted lately, I'm starting a new thread for ranch and nature photos.

I'll start with nature photos since I don't have a ranch, but I do hope to learn more and maybe one day have a small ranch.

I'm from the lower TN, upper AL area. I don't like to get too specific on the internet.
In the lower mid-TN area, there is a small ranch that has longhorn cattle. Only about 20

I have never seen one, where do you find them?
This one is stunning,

That one is above Huntsville AL when I was there visiting family. I grew up in the SE and we had one in the front yard. It has a nice smell to it.

This is a photo I saw on Facebook earlier, and it reminded me of the forum. I hope if gives you a chuckle and not a bad memory.

I agree @Faster horses , there must be a tale being told at the co-op.

Something, on the outside of that gate, may have been attached to the end of that rope.
That something may have started out on the other side of that gate.

I think most everyone has had a similar looking gate at one time or another.

I'm wondering if that animal that did that is still in the herd, or if it is off being grain-fed before becoming a medium-rare steak.

It is the reason to not buy cheap panels or gates.
