I know I've been lax in posting pictures lately. The fact that my camera would only focus part of the time was the main reason...took the fun out taking pictures. We've tried several cameras and think we're happy. Mike got a Fuji Finepix 310, pocket size with a 10X zoom. I got a Fuji Finepix SL300, NOT pocket size with a 30X zoom. Still have quite awhile on Costco's 90 day return policy so let me know what you think of the pictures.

These will be from my camera

I doubt I'll get Mikes pictures on tonight...he just got home from fencing so I better make supper.

Great pictures, Nicky. My favorite photos are the one of the Hereford cow drinking with her reflection in the water, and the one of the horseback riders congregated with the beautiful mountains in the background.

I would vote for you to keep the camera, and use it often.

I agree with Soap! My favorite is the ol' sisters strung out headed up the trail. As my late Uncle Bernell would say as he rolled a cigarette..."Let em' string boys, let em' string". :D Beautiful cattle, gorgeous country, cowboys and cowgirls a'horseback and a dead snake.......that's gotta be an almost perfect day! :D

I was going to say that I didn't think the camera was working as I scrolled down as it made all the Cows red but then I saw you got the bugs out of it and some of the cows were black.

Nice pics. :D

Big Muddy stole my comeback in that your new camera gave all the Angus cows white faces. :D

Good pictures Nicky, if we lived in that country we would go back to using horses. Nothing better than a sure footed mount in the river breaks.

Looks as though you have gotten some timely rain. Cattle are in excellent shape as usual.

Great pictures!! Tell Mike not to pickup rail road ties, with his camera in his shirt pocket. Has a tendency to break the touch screen, then nothing works.

Hey Nicky, Love the photos of the Herefords on the desert. I think your camera works great, it takes pictures in color. ( not just Black .... and white) :D :D :D
