Hi Folks,
Anybody have experience with a right hand drive SUV like a Mitsubishi Montero or Toyota HiLux? Or know of a forum with good info a guy can do a little research with? We're looking at a Montero we found, that a guy imported from Japan a couple years ago. It's in mint shape, I just don't know much about them. Thanks.

Drove a couple of different RHD Jap rigs in the Philippines. I don't think you have anything to worry about, except you may develop a gnawing, craving, can't satisfy it hunger for rice.

As long as it's not dog, rat, snake or pickled pig nuts he should be ok. :D

cow lungs............worst thing I EVER smelled cooking over there, and they eat some really foul smelling stuff (durian fruit, for example)

Our provincial govt. has made it illegal to sell bear parts other than the hide. Previous to this ruling, black bear paws, skinned or not were worth about $35 each at the Chinese restaurants in town. They made bear paw soup and ate it bones and all themselves.
I sold a black bear gall about the size of a golf ball back then for $350. Who knows what it was worth at it's destination. Grizzly parts were worth considerably more.

You couldn't get me to eat any part of a bear unless I was dam hungry. I've seen the worms they carry around when they're healthy.
