Selecting grass fed beef-(link)

Very interesting. Thanks a.b. People that think grass-finished beef is tough have probably just had a bad experience once or twice. It's like any other food - if you get a bad piece of chicken or fish or anything, you're gonna remember it. I like the fact that those guys in the article stressed to not overcook it. It can dry out so fast and get, yes, TOUGH, if it's overcooked. I just actually served up some grass-finished steaks for my co-workers at lunch today. It's my last day here, so we've been celebrating most of the day. :lol:
