These "so called" senators are looking for some good PR from this news story.  After reading this last night, I heard on the radio today that North Dakota is going to order Manitoba to put in culverts in a dike so water from North Dakota can spill over into Manitoba and flood out some good farm land.  If I was the Manitoba government I would simply tell them to go to H$LL!   After what theve done to us I feel there no more than a bunch of cry babies! :mrgreen:
