Peach took off the front wheel of her bicycle.

So it would fit in the trunk of the car

Riding her last sixteen mile of the Mickelson Trail in the Black Hills. It is 109 miles of hiking and bicycling with 15 trailheads,
from Edgemont to Deadwood. She started riding it in small chunks about 12 years ago.

My job was to bring the car.

It's nice to feel useful.

The cows have been sorted off.

And look to temporarily be enjoying the empty nest syndrome

We are working the calves.

Everyone is busy--even me.

It is pretty all along the trail. I even rode a bike the first year. :wink:

How much rain did you get, James? Looking at the radar, it appeared your area might get a lot.

I had 3.37 inchs around the area it varied from 6 inchs in Sioux county where the cows are, to only an 1 in others. It was a wonderful rain over 36 hours, good moisture going into fall.

A rancher near here sold 550# steer calves on the video (not sure which one)for $2.97.
